Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai mara
At 8 o’clock you will be picked up from your Nairobi Hotel and commence the drive to Maasai Mara. You will pass via the great rift valley view point where you will have a stop over of 10 -15 minutes to view the rift valley. Lunch will be at the camp in Maasai Mara. In the afternoon after you check in depart for a sunset evening game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve (4.00 to 6.00 p.m). Return back to the camp for buffet dinner ending with good time for resting at Miti Mingi camp or similar. (The tents have toilet, shower, bed, linen and mosquito nets. Electricity is provided from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the evening. Also from 6:00 am to 8:00 am in the morning).

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Masai Mara Reserve
At around 7:00 am after breakfast, you will leave for a full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five and the annual wildebeest’s migration which alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November. The phenomenal wildebeest migration which is a spectacular event only seen in Maasai mara is the seventh wonder of the world. At midday, You will have picnic lunch in the park which is provided by us. You will visit the site of the yearly wildebeest migration and see the resident crocodiles and hippos sited at the banks of Mara river, Then continue with the game drive and explore the beauty of the mara reserve until evening

Day 3: Depart Maasai Mara to Nairobi

Day 1. Nairobi – Masai Mara

There will be a meet and greet which shall be followed by a short briefing by your safari driver regarding your Masai Mara Kenya Safari.  Depart from Nairobi and drive to the view point of the Great Rift Valley.

Make a stop-over to admire this scenic landscape, take photos and sample some of the artifacts on display by the natives.

There after descend to the floor of the rift valley and drive via Narok town to Masai Mara game reserve. The nature in this national reserve is quite appealing. Your game drive will begin immediately after entry on your way to your lodge or luxury tented camp.

Check-in and Lunch. Because of the long journey from Nairobi; you’ll have some moments for relaxation.

Your first extensive game viewing is scheduled at 1600hrs. This will take you to the open fields to witness the amazing abundance of grazers not mentioning the predators mainly seen in the plains. Game drives in this park are fascinating.

Day 2. Masai Mara game reserve

This day will be dedicated to game viewing and exploration of Masai Mara game reserve’s wildlife viewing & bird watching.

You will find enormous herds of grazing animals along with hunters such as the elusive Cheetah, lion and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs on the plains. The density of wild animals occupying the greenery plains shall leave your jaws dropped with amazement. Lunch will be held by the Mara river as you watch.

Masai Mara Lake Nakuru Safari – 4 Days Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara

Depart from Nairobi in the morning and drive to the view point of the rift valley. Descend to the floor of the rift valley and drive via Narok town to Masai Mara game reserve. Arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight in a lodge / Luxury camp of your choice.

Day 2: Masai Mara

We will be spending whole day in Masai Mara with game drives. You shall leave your lodge with packed lunch box unless you prefer otherwise. Here we will explore the vast tree studded reserve in search of Lions, Elephants, Giraffe, Cheetah, Buffalo, Antelopes, and Warthog and many more. Wildlife in the Masai Mara is found in prolific numbers and the game reserve has the highest wildlife concentration per square kilometer.We shall search the predators in the field and follow the scavenger’s trails during our intensive yet enchanting game viewing. We shall spread our game viewing area and cover the wildebeest Migration river crossing points.Crocodiles and hippos will be seen during this amazing game viewing. Return to our lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru

Early morning game drive before breakfast.[Optional Balloon safari can be organized at an extra cost at this time] Thereafter breakfast leave the camp and drive to Lake Nakuru national park arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive in this rift valley lake often referred as “the biggest bird spectacle “due to millions of flamingo birds which form a pinkish canopy along the lake shores. Explore the Rhino sanctuary & get amazed by their silence as they graze in the field. From the boon cliff you shall get a overview of the lake and the park in general. Dinner and Overnight in a lodge/Luxury camp.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Nairobi

Early morning game drives before breakfast. After breakfast leave the lodge and drive to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon. Drop-off at your city hotel, Residence or at the airport.
