Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara

  • Pickup from your Nairobi hotel early in the morning. Meet your guide and your small group (max 7).
  • Journey southwest through the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Stop at the viewpoint for photos.
  • Arrive at the Masai Mara area. Check into your budget camp just outside the reserve (this keeps costs low). Enjoy a hot lunch.

       .Enter the reserve for your first thrilling 3-hour game drive. Spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, and your first predators.

  • Dinner at camp. Fall asleep to the sounds of the African bush.

Day 2: Full Day in the Masai Mara

Day 4: Masai Mara to Nairobi
